I am continuously increasing my speed and have noticed that at higher speeds, the suspension is not up to the task/not stiff enough. The board starts to track and wobble above 28 km/h.
what did you buy from us, tires or boards? or you bought tires and diy with your own board
you must bought from other people this board, there’ s several copy versions on market, we sell only quality stuff, the problem is the truck suspension springs, you must bought from somewhere with cheap quality suspensions. pls clearify this here.

The board I bought came with parts that are all 100% identical to what you sell on your website. I can’t spot a single difference from a visual perspective.

But it is good to hear you since upgraded the springs. Do you sell spare parts for these trucks, including things such as nylon spacers and the stronger springs? These trucks/any trucks will require maintenance and I was unable to find essential spare parts that normally have to be replaced every six months or so. Not critique, but rather a suggestion to stock these.
If you mention that there are no German resellers, thus my items have to be fake…this is how it works. German sellers (or anywhere else in the world) buy a large quantity of ready made boards through Alibaba and sell it with profit elsewhere. There are a variety of different companies in China who all use the same components to quickly produce boards in small workshops…that includes Meepo, but you will find identical electronics and power systems in many other chinese e-boards.
There are a fair number of ‘‘manufacturers’’ who all claim to produce the items. We have dicky over at Ebay who sells ‘‘your’’ motor controllers and claims to be the manufacturer and involved in QA and QC, but I doubt he works for you…yet they are one and the same product.
Anyway, did not come in here to expose anything. I just want to improve an already fantastic mountain board with trucks that are NOT BAD at all. I am a heavy and tall rider (98KG), pushing the board beyond what it has been designed for. With VESC and Motor replacements it is a whole lot quicker with more torque and due to my weight, I have to adjust it.
I can only suggest that you support people modding your stuff, instead of seeing it as an attack. This is a DIY forum after all. Buying and slapping on ready made components is the exception here.
On a second note, offering dampas or egg shocks in addition to just the spring system offers many benefits, even if the springs are strong enough.
Springs alone are not very good at dampening sudden quick movements. Adding dampas will ensure that ANY spring, irrelevant of how strong they are, will benefit from better dampening and decreased oscillations. You will not find many Trampa or MBS trucks with just springs, if any at all.
In the video below, you can see that when the springs are further compressed, the dampas do their work and will decrease oscillations significantly, whilst still offering the flexibility of springs when boarding in a straight line where the dampas are almost fully stretched.
Again, personally just interested in a smooth ride and improving on stock components. These are just suggestions, not critique.
Thank you for your clarification of not bought from us, we much appreciate it. and identical doesn;t mean same quality. we sell domestic market, China market with regular quality since people can’t afford higher prices. and export higher quality to abroad. we can’t control the market, it is small industry field, copy and clones everywhere. anyway, as i said it is spring quality issue, we have cheap spring too, but we don’t sell to abroad market. maybe some people buy from us with domestic quality and sell them on ebay and alibaba, 60% of customers are from domestic trading company and individuals. and for the mbs shock egges, we are not sure about it. we didn’t test on them.
