Got it to work ! But broke my UBEC in the process … got a spare one tho.
For some reason it broke when i pulled out the binding pin, so watch out everyone!

Received mine today. Just paid the shipping and gave it a quick test. Seems to be working as advertised including the neutral when turned off. Great!
Although the soldering could be better. It needs some touching up. Look at the binding button. It’s functioning fine, but that could be a problem for some remotes if the binding doesn’t work.
