It doesn’t really fit well on tb218 trucks. After a lot of filling I was able to pound the adapter onto the hanger, but since it’s stretched it doesn’t fit in the mount’s hole now. How far can I safely stretch it before it breaks?

Sorry, I can’t tell you how to change the adapter, because I never have the TB218 trucks…, but I remember many people do use my mount on it.
yes, the TKP is 200mm.

What i did was file down that insert
I filed down the inside of that insert, i used a penut grinder and a drill. Didnt take super long but then i had to use a file to smoth down some spots

this adjustable cross bars are one of the product I am planning to sell. now I only have some here. ok to sell you some. what length you need? because this bars only can adjust limited range.

My motor arms is About 170mm apart.

How much are those cross bars?

this bars can only adjust a little, because the inner tube are not full threaded. I do trying to custom make so full thread tubes, still doing that…
@dickyho I’ve just made an order for some pulleys and idlers. Could you send me 1 single adjustable cross bar for the middle part of the mounts with that order. I’ve sent you a message in eBay too. Thanks.
Just received my order from @dickyho yesterday. Very impressed with the quality of the mounts and the pulleys! You can buy stuff from other sources for 3x the price with similar or lower quality.

unless I order a lot of them, like 1000pcs a time. then I could change the motor with what I desired to. now in small quantity, I just need to stick to the existing one…
