$15/20 Boardnamics Caliber Motor Mounts

@Boardnamics

I thought the SR boardnamics mount is compatible with @lrdesigns press fit mounts.

Holes don’t line up either. 155604685900999486667

Did I buy the wrong one?

No they aren’t. @Boardnamics mounts have a 38mm hole diameter. @lrdesigns mounts are 46mm.

Someone asked this in the @lrdesigns clamp thread. I’m afraid you bought the wrong one.

Thanks. No prob. I’m pretty sure I can use this for something else.

For sure. You can buy any clamp from @Boardnamics and it will work with those. So not totally useless set of mounts.

We were all thinking it, but someone finally said it. It definitely needs 2 bearings. But this is Boardnamics’ thread LoLzz

What belt length would be needed for a 18/32 ratio on your mounts @Boardnamics

Center center I believe is 90mm. Long mount.

Wow. You plan on riding it to the moon? That’s heavy gearing. Theoretically speaking, that’s well over 40mph.

Haha should be 35mph… on 10s 85mm Caguamas

Haha. Okay. I assumed you’d be on 90mm and up wheel size, which most are going now.

Yup if I go up I’ll have to change some stuff… hehehehe

Planning on getting a lot of pads

Haha 310mm htd5 12mm wise should be good for my gear ratio right @Boardnamics

For the regular mount (no idler)

Not at my computer right now but that’s too long. 270mm is what I provide and it covers almost everything people use like 36t and 40t pulleys. Yours is small at 32t but your motor pulleys big

Thanks! I’m not sure how to get the center distance for your regular mounts…

It’s listed. It’s 62-78mm
