Dunno…

Supposedly the R-spec is better quality

thanks MiV! Anyone else has motors to compare?

a motors name is its size so a 6364 means it is 63mm in diameter and 64mm long. so the 6364 and 6374 are longer then the 6355

next as a motor of the same diameter gets longer it has more torque so the 6374 has the best torque, 6364 second, and 6355 comes in last.

not touching on quality because there is no videos or written reports on which is better and i dont want to start a cluster fuck.

so from there i would just say go for what you want either will last you the same amount of time give or take a month.

@mcfly777 10 shit

I just grabbed a 6364 245kv this morning lol I watched the 6354s sell out in 5mins last night at midnight before they listed these this morning, gotta love this hobby :joy:

Good grief these go fast.

the ones i list are all still in stock after an hour so it looks like they slowed down.

Watch … They go on sale :joy:

Yeah, unfortunately not the one I wanted (6364 - 213kv) and not in any US warehouses.

Good if they do I’ll buy stock lol

Just got an email 3 days after placing my order that they’re out of stock

this is not entirely accurate, it is possible to increase the length of the motor barrel and keep the stator size (and magnets) the same length. This is a common “trick” that some resellers do.

To increase the torque output from a motor you need to increase the stator and/or the magnets and/or the copper mass.

Which ones? They just shipped my motor this morning?

245 kv 6364

Really that’s stupid it says they still have 10+ on the website

in the global warehouse, i ordered from the usa west a few days ago because they said they had stock.

Oh yeah I got mine from global, are these motors really ‘the shit’ that everyone says for the price?

Hey guys, I’m new here and don’t mean to steal the thread, but it seemed like a good place for this. DIY’s 6355 230 kv motors are back in stock.

The HobbyKing US East warehouse has the Turingy G160 245kv in stock. I’m only seeing 3 units though, so go fast if you’re interested. If you go through RC Search you can get a bit of a discount (about $4)
