New VESC from China. Seems like not only Maytech is making VESC's now

What? sure they are:

First ones for me from endless sphere…

Though, wont argue… Got the link now anyways… somewhat cool that they use shopify platform…

I have a Flier VESC sitting in my cabinet. I’m scared to play with it, but i want to.

I had no idea Flier was even making them until it landed in my hands a few weeks ago.

I think the enertion china vescs were made by flier.

Hi guys, I’m not trying to hide  Here is our website https://www.vandaelectronics.com/

The microscope says it all. We’re not trying to against any companies. I was surprised the results after doing the microscope inspection because our VESC and other company’s VESCs don’t look big different to me from visual inspection.

Cool! Thanks for not directly advertising your VESC’s!

Im sure you will ‘‘earn’’ our trust from this forum, especially with such quality and also the service to add the desired lenght cables and connectors! Thanks for showing comparison of these two Vesc’s. Quality is on a way different level compared to china made, so there’s probably a higher chance for china made vesc’s to die or become faulty.

These look very good indeed. I was trying to order from your site but only FEDEX shipping is available, this makes it rather costly. Can you provide other shipping methods?

Karen are you with FreeRChobby? I bought my first pair of vesc through alibaba and they worked great for several months then one suddenly died. It seems that mine appear to be similar to your pictures for the china vesion. Many members are telling me several components are missing from the vesc. Please see my thread regarding the issue. Any insight on the missing components is greatly appreciated.

You’re welcome Okami! We’re happy to share the IPC 610 quality standard info.

Hello Roberto, we only use FedEx. We have the best shipping rate from FedEx and the service is the best we can get.

Hello Rafael, we are not with FreeRChobby. Our factory is located in Taipei Taiwan not China. If you order from Vanda, you will find a serial number on the PCB which will let us trace our production process through the source of components.

Karen,

I appreciate the open communication and that’s very innovative to trace products quality control with a serial number. I am working with the manufacture to get my issue resolved but I will have you in mind for future purchases. I think everyone appreciated the level of detail you focus on providing.

Do you also offer other shipping methods besides Fedex? I heard it can get quite expensive… even if it is reliable…

Hello Austris,

No. we don’t offer other shipping methods. Our FedEx shipping cost is flat rate USD 28.00. Thank you!

Hello Rafael,

You’re very welcome! I’m happy to share the info. We often work with mission critical products for the transportation and electronics industries. Therefore, quality is not negotiable.

Does the shipping cost stays the same even if 5 vesc’s are ordered? Then it might not be a that bad deal… I assume it is a stock shipping fee for the courier service and the weight is not that limited… especially for a component which weights max 200g… right?

Hello Austris,

The shipping cost is the same if 5 vesc’s are ordered

100a vesc, 200 burst :joy::joy:

130usd

it is the same hub motor as “Jacob’s” I have 4 of them and they are exactly the same. in my opinion he just re-sold them with his name on it

not to go off topic, but he definitely developed the design from the beginning, and it was the Chinese factories that took his design and reproduced it with no credit and cheaper versions- not the other way around as you suggested.
