Send it back to where it came from if it is within the warranty period. It’s obviously not your Vesc/what remains is the motor. Fooling around with it will most likely not solve anything and just void your warranty.

Same here mate jerky motor after programming. It was still ok when first tried it
I am buying a new one, hopefully it will work.
Bad motor joints maybe and check if the esc is built for the motor.
