I had good contacts to produce the parts that are needed, so it doesn’t have to be that expensive. The sheetmetal is indeed laser cutted. Other parts are machined and welded. It has a single motor and works fine. (more than powerfull enough, see video)

Hi, I really can’t find any suspension for this type of loads, do anyone know where i can find it? 
Rear shocks for full suspension mountainbikes might be an option.
the lowest values i can find for mountbikes is 200lb/in which is way to high for a 30% compression with a load of ~30kg
